Job Description:
Market Development:
• Responsible for developing and maintaining overseas markets, identifying potential clients, and expanding sales channels.
• Analyze target market demands, formulate sales strategies and plans, and increase market share.
Client Management:
• Establish and maintain strong communication with overseas clients, responding promptly to their needs.
• Conduct regular client visits, gather feedback, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Order Management:
• Oversee the entire order process (from inquiry to delivery) to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to ensure on-time, quality order fulfillment.
Market Research:
• Collect and analyze competitor intelligence and market trends to support company decision-making.
• Attend domestic and international trade shows and industry conferences to expand business networks.
Sales Performance:
• Set and achieve individual/team sales targets; regularly report on sales performance.
• Analyze sales data, propose improvements, and continuously enhance sales efficiency.
Contract Management:
• Draft and review sales contracts and related legal documents to ensure compliance.
• Manage contract execution to protect mutual interests.
Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, technical support) to drive sales initiatives.
• Participate in team training and knowledge-sharing to elevate collective capabilities.
Position Requirements:
Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a prestigious university (e.g., China’s 211/985 institutions).
• Preference for majors in International Trade, Marketing, Business English, or related fields.
Work Experience:
• 1–2+ years of experience in transformers, insulation industry, or related sectors.
• Candidates with proven successful cases preferred.
Language Skills:
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for seamless communication with overseas clients.
• Proficiency in a second foreign language (e.g., Spanish, French, German) is advantageous.
Computer Skills:
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
Professional Knowledge:
• Thorough understanding of international trade regulations, legal frameworks, and market trends.
• Knowledge of industry fundamentals and technological developments (transformers/insulation).
